Return and Refund Policy

We hope you love your item(s) as much as we do, but if for any reason you are not completely satisfied you have 28 days from delivery to return the goods back to us. 


Faulty Items

We have excellent quality control and every item is inspected before being dispatched, however in some cases item(s) may arrive damaged or not fit for purpose. In this instance, please notify us at info@stromainteriors.com within 48 hours of delivery with a detailed description of the issue and include supporting images that clearly show the fault/damage. An investigation will then be opened, whereby a replacement, refund or credit note will be issued if the product is deemed faulty. We strongly advise customers to check any orders thoroughly for any damage, faults or missing parts as soon as it arrives. Please do not assemble any items which you have noticed a fault with as the item will need to be returned in its original packaging.


Unwanted items

If an item is deemed to be unwanted and aligns with the below returns policy, we are able to offer a credit note or refund. Please note; the customer is liable for the cost incurred for postage of any returned items. We strongly advise that customers use a trusted, traceable method of shipping as lost or damaged shipments will not be refunded. To begin the returns process, customers must inform us of their intent to return within 14 days of receiving the goods. Items must be appropriately packaged to ensure safe handling and delivery. Returned items must be received into our warehouse within 28 days of delivery and in resalable condition. All returns must be in unused, perfect condition and in original manufacturer packaging; items must not have been partly or fully assembled. Once the product has arrived back to our Head Office, your refund will be processed, taking no longer than 14 business working days to arrive in your account.


What is the return policy?

Unused goods in their original packaging, upon proof of purchase, may be returned to us within 28 days of receipt. How long does a refund take?

Once we receive notification from our Head Office that the returned goods have arrived with us, we will process the refund which can take up to 14 business working days; this is dependent on your bank’s processing times.


How to start the returns process?

  • Notify us within 14 days of receiving the goods via email info@stromainteriors.com 
  • Please include your reason for return as well as any necessary imagery and receipts for unwanted item(s)
  • A member of our team will then open up an investigation
  • If the item meets the criteria in our returns policy, items must be delivered back to us within 28 days of delivery. 
  • Once the product has arrived back to our Head Office, your refund will be processed, taking no longer than 14 business working days to arrive in your account.
