Shipping time frames and terms
Shipping comes direct from the suppliers and can take up to 10 business working days from purchase date. Once your order has been dispatched we will provide you with a tracking number. You are responsible for receiving your parcel when the courier attempts delivery. Address cannot be changed once an order is placed.
Cancellation Period
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have 14 days from an order being placed to cancel said order. This contractual agreement ends 14 days after you have received the goods. You then have a further 14 days to return the item to us, in its original packaging. The customer is liable for the cost incurred for the postage of any returned items and we strongly advise that you use a traceable method of shipping as lost return shipments will not be refunded.
Faulty Items
We have excellent quality control and every item is inspected before being dispatched, however in some cases item(s) may arrive damaged or not fit for purpose. In this instance, please notify us at info@stromainteriors.com within 48 hours of delivery with a detailed description of the issue and include supporting images that clearly show the fault/damage. An investigation will then be opened, whereby If the product is deemed faulty, a refund or credit note will be issued. We strongly advise customers to check any orders thoroughly for any damage, faults or missing parts as soon as it arrives.
Unwanted items
If an item is deemed to be un-wanted and aligns with the below returns policy, we are able to offer a credit note or refund. Please note; the customer is liable for the cost incurred for postage of any returned items. We strongly advise that customers use a trusted, traceable method of shipping as lost or damaged shipments will not be refunded. To begin the returns process, customers must inform us of intent to return within 14 days of receiving the goods. Items must be appropriately packaged to ensure safe handling and delivery. Returned items must be received into our warehouse within 28 days of delivery, and in resalable condition. All returns must be in unused, perfect condition and in original manufacturer packaging; items must not have been partly or fully assembled. Once the product has arrived back to our Head Office, your refund will be processed, taking no longer than 14 business working days to arrive in your account.

How long does a refund take?
Once we receive notification from our Head Office that the returned goods have arrived with us, we will process the refund which can take up to 14 business working days; this is dependent on your bank’s processing times.
